What is Clinical Supervision?
Clinical supervision is a structured professional relationship between a supervisor and supervisee, aimed at supporting the delivery of safe, ethical and effective client care. It offers:

Meet the Supervisor: Gerald Mutubuki
Gerald is a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse and experienced clinical supervisor with extensive experience across public and private mental health settings. He is passionate about empowering clinicians through supervision that fosters reflection, growth and confidence.
In addition to his clinical work, Gerald has held several leadership roles including:
Board Director - Sunraysia Community Health Services
Board Member - Office of the Public Advocate Victoria (Disability stream)
Junior Board Member - BPD Community
Team Leader - Hospital Outreach Post-suicidal Engagement program
These experiences have enriched his supervision practice with a deep understanding of governance, service delivery and staff wellbeing in mental health.

Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A $50 fee applies for late cancellations or missed appointments
