Consultations:

Gerald provides 1:1 consultations face-to-face and via Telehealth (Phone and Video). Consultations will be for a minimum of 60 minutes and extended appointments of 90 minutes available on request. Appointments will be confirmed with you and if the appointment is through video, a link will be sent to your designated email prior to the appointment.

Fees:

Pot of Gold Therapy strives to provide quality affordable mental health to adolescents and adults experiencing difficulties with their mental illness. We provide services to people that are:

1. Self-funded (Private paying)

2. Referred by a General Practitioner (GP) under a Chronic Disease and Complex Care Management Plan (please note that it will be your GP who determines if you are eligible for this plan)

3. With a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan and have adequate funding for 1:1 individual counselling under capacity building, under line item no: 15_056_0128_1_3.

Fee Schedule

Self-funded: Standard consult (60 minutes) $100. Extended Consult (90 minutes) $100. Health-Care Card Holder: Standard Consult (60 minutes) $70. Extended Consult (90 Minutes) $100

Chronic Disease Management Plan: Standard Consult (60 minutes) $100. Extended Consult (90 minutes) $130. Medicare rebates available for Chronic Disease Management Plan

NDIS funded: Standard Consult (60 minutes) $100. Extended Consult (90 minutes) $130

Referrals:

Referrals can be made through referring yourself here, through your GP or other professionals. Referrals will be reviewed by our clinician and outcome of referral will be communicated with the referrer. In receiving a referral, you will be contacted to discuss your circumstances and the support you are looking for. This is completed to ensure that you receive appropriate treatment and support tailored to your individual circumstances.

Within the first session, an overview of what it is that you hope to achieve will be established. Sessions will be scheduled depending on the services and the outcomes you want to achieve.

Please note: A Mental Health Care Plan is not necessary for referral to our services.

Cancellations:
