Consultations
Our Clinicians provide 1:1 consultations face-to-face and via Telehealth (Phone and Video). Consultations will be for a minimum of 60 minutes and extended appointments of 90 minutes available on request. Appointments will be confirmed with you and if the appointment is through video, a link will be sent to your designated email prior to the appointment.

At Pot of Gold Therapy, we are committed to delivering high-quality, affordable mental health support to adolescents and adults. We offer both in-person and Telehealth support, tailored to your individual needs and funding options.
Private (Self-funded) clients
Standard Consultation (60 minutes): $130
Extended Consultation (90 minutes): $150
NDIS Participants
(Must have adequate funding under Capacity Building-Improved Daily Living)

Healthcare Card Holders
Standard Consultation (60 minutes): $80
Extended Consultation (90 minutes): $100
Clinical Supervision (Provided by Gerald only)

Referrals
You can access our services in a way that works best for you. Referrals are welcome from:
-Self-referral
-General Practitioner (GP)
-Other health or community professional
Once a referral is received, our clinicians will review the information and respond to the referrer with an outcome. If accepted, we will contact you directly to discuss your current circumstances, what support you are seeking and whether our services are the right fit for you.
In your first session, we will explore what you hope to achieve through counselling and begin to plan support that is tailored to your goals. Session frequency will be based on your individual needs and the outcomes you are working towards.
Note: A Mental Health Care Plan is not required to access our services.
Cancellations:
We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice by:
